It is evident that there is a high boom of condominiums in the central area of Bangkok. Mostly those located along the sky train or subway routes. Why is this? Because they of course save on travelling costs and time.
Showrooms everywhere trying to attract buyers. Prices are high and continue to grow especially for those properties that are located in central area.
